1. Order Placement
1.1 Pre-Ordering:
Redro LLP allows users to pre-order food items before their arrival at the restaurant. The customers can checkout by adding the dishes in the cart and making a reservation in any restaurant through the app. Customers have to pay 100% of the bill amount in advance.
1.2 Customer Responsibilities
1.2.1 Timely Arrival:
Customers are responsible for arriving at the specified restaurant within the agreed-upon booking time window. Redro recommends customers to adhere to the opted time duration to ensure the freshness and quality of the ordered food.
1.2.2 Prompt Confirmation:
Customers should confirm their arrival at the restaurant promptly. Redro will have the pre-ordered food ready upon confirmation.
1.2.3. Redro’s Role
Redro will strive to have pre-ordered food ready within the specified time window. It is the customer's responsibility to reach the restaurant on time.
1.2.4 Limited Liability:
Redro LLP holds limited liability for any changes in food quality that may occur due to the customer being late and not on booked time. It is recommended that customers adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Redro Parties shall not be liable to you for any damages resulting from:
(I) Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
(II) Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the services, including mobile app;
(III) Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein;
(IV) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our servers;
(V) Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the services by any third party;
(VI) Any loss of your data or content from the services;
(VII) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Redro Parties are advised of the possibility of such damages;
(VIII) The disclosure of information pursuant to these terms or our privacy policy;
(IX) Your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential;
(X) Loss or damage which may be incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the services;
(XI) Delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond Redro's reasonable control.
In no event shall the Redro Parties be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever, however caused and under any theory of liability, including but not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss
2.Discounts and offers:-
2.1. Extra offer or a freebie, if applicable, can be availed ONLY by pre-booking a slot at the restaurant
2.2. Restaurants may have limited slots with extra offers or freebies.
2.3. An offer on an app cannot be clubbed with other offers running at the restaurant.
2.4. An offer on the app may not be applicable on bottled drinks, buffets, pre-discounted platters/ combos/ thalis, as per catch items, tobacco products, and special menus as per restaurant's discretion
2.5. Discounts/offers on bill payment will be applicable only on reservations made through Redro.
2.6. If a customer has booked an offer/deal through the app, he/she must inform/communicate about the offer and the reservation details to the restaurant on arrival.
3. Taxes and charges:
3.1. An internet handling fee may be applied as a convenience fee during final bill payment.
3.2. Redro has no role to play on taxes and charges levied by the Government and restaurants
3.3. Additional service charge on the bill is up to the restaurant's discretion and Redro has no role in that.

4. Order
4.1. Cancelling an order:
i. Cancellation and refund policy:
Users can cancel orders or bookings in the allotted time (i.e 3 minutes in case of Takeawys and till 30 min before the pre-order or reservation). Refunds for cancelled orders depend on whether the merchant has accepted the order.
ii. There may be cases where Redro is either unable to accept your order or cancels the order, due to reasons including without limitation, technical errors, unavailability of the item(s) ordered, or any other reason attributable to Redro or Restaurant Partner/Store. In such cases, Redro shall not charge a cancellation charge from you. If the order is cancelled after payment has been charged and you are eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof, the said amount will be reversed to you within 48 hours.
iii. No replacement / refund / or any other resolution will be provided without Restaurant Partner’s/Store(s)’ permission.
iv. Any complaint, with respect to the order which shall include instances but not be limited to food spillage, foreign objects in or food, poor quality, You will be required to share the proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.
v. You shall not be entitled to a refund in case instructions placed along with the order are not followed in the form and manner You had intended. Instructions are followed by the Restaurant Partner /Store on a best-efforts basis.
vi. All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to You in the form of credits, refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks policies.
4.1.2. Redro LLP’s Right to Cancel:
Redro LLP reserves the right to cancel any order and/or suspend, deactivate, or terminate a user's account in case of suspected fraudulent behaviour or activity associated with the account.
4.2 Prices and Payments
4.2.1 Displayed Prices:
Prices quoted on the platform are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices of the dish may vary from those offered by merchants on other platforms or at physical locations.
4.2.2 Payment Methods:
Users can choose from various payment methods, including credit cards, online payment partners,upi and wallets. Existing credits or promotional vouchers can also be used for payments.
4.2.3 Payment Processing:
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Credit card/payment information is stored securely with these providers for future orders. Redro LLP does not store this information.
4.3.Merchant Liability:
4.3.1. Merchant’s Representations
Redro LLP shall not be liable for actions or omissions of the Merchant nor you in regard to the provision of the Goods and services. Redro LLP does not assume any liability for the quantity, quality, condition, or other representations of the Goods and/or services provided by Merchants. Redro LLP does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information (including menu information, photos, and images of the Goods) displayed on the Merchant’s listing/offering on the Platform.
4.3.2. Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude Merchant’s liability for death or personal injury arising from Merchant’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4.3.3. Indemnification
Redro LLP shall not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage arising from your relationship with the Merchant. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redro LLP, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and any and all third parties from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of the Platforms or your breach of these Terms.
5.TABLE RESERVATIONS
5.1. Reservation slots would be limited to a period of 15-30 minutes from the scheduled time slot, post which the availability of the booked slot would be dependent on the restaurant’s discretion.
5.2 Redro encourages the users to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time.
5.3. Reservation Process
5.3.1 Reservation Method:
Users can make reservations through the Redro platform. Reservation details, including the date, time, and number of guests, must be provided during the reservation process.
5.3.2 Confirmation:
A confirmation email or notification will be sent to users upon successful reservation. This confirmation serves as proof of the reservation and should be presented upon arrival.
5.3.3 Reservation Guarantee:
While Redro LLP endeavours to honour all reservations, it does not guarantee the availability of seats, and the actual seating may be subject to restaurant policies and circumstances.
5.4 Customer Responsibilities
5.4.1 Punctuality:
Users are expected to arrive on time for their reservation. Redro reserves the right to cancel or adjust reservations if users are excessively late.
5.4.2 Grace Period:
A reasonable grace period may be provided for late arrivals, but this is at the discretion of the restaurant. After the grace period, the reservation may be considered null and void.
5.4.3 Seat Guarantee:
While Redro LLP aims to provide reserved seats promptly, factors such as unforeseen circumstances or restaurant policies may impact seat availability. Seat availability is not guaranteed.
5.4.4 Cancellation:
Users should cancel reservations they are unable to honour. Failure to cancel may result in penalties, including temporary suspension of reservation privileges.
5.5 Redro’s Right to Adjust Reservations
5.5.1 Flexibility:
Redro LLP reserves the right to adjust reservation details, including seating arrangements and timing, based on restaurant policies and circumstances.
5.5.2 Notification:
Users will be notified of any adjustments to their reservations in a timely manner. Redro aims to communicate any changes promptly.
5.6 No-Show Policy
5.6.1 Definition:
A "no-show" occurs when a user with a reservation fails to arrive within a reasonable time of the reservation time without prior cancellation.
5.6.2 Consequences:
Users who consistently engage in no-show behaviour may face penalties, including permanent suspension of reservation privileges.
5.6.3 Communication:
Redro LLP encourages users to communicate promptly if they are unable to honour their reservation. This helps in managing seating arrangements more efficiently.
6.Allergens:
Redro LLP is not obligated to provide detailed allergen information on the platforms. Users with allergies or specific dietary requirements are encouraged to contact the merchant directly before placing an order.
