Eligibility for Refund
Refunds can be processed if you cancel your pre-order before the restaurant begins preparing your food. Once preparation starts, cancellations and refunds will not be possible.
How to Request a Refund
To cancel an order and request a refund, please use the cancellation option in the Redro app. Cancellations must be made promptly to ensure you receive a refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
If the restaurant has already started preparing your meal or the food is ready for pickup/delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund.
